front street flood

Welllllll. A couple of things about the flood...It obeys street signs because this is where it crested...Thanks to Kenny for that brilliant observation....
Troy has a population of about fifty thousand people....here are stats from www.city-pop.com..... Population density: 4567 people per square mile ...Daytime population change due to commuting: +1365 (+2.8%) Workers ...

in the square mile around my shop I see MaYBe 100 people a day....forty of them shop keeps and such...This flood brought people into my square mile by the thousands...sooo where are you all shopping and spending your time on any other given day? I sure havent seen you on River street walking around. The river is here everyday and it is always different and nice to look at....there are 4 thouSAND people living and working within a square mile of 182 river street and I have only met about 100.
Come to River street more often....it's nice down here...
